About - Each Psalm is given a title within a specific theme. In the course of the lesson the chapter is translated into English together with a commentary around this given theme. Chapters generally fall into two categories: those which teach or describe an often repeated theme in Tehillim, which in itself is worthy of analysis, such as Bitachon (Trust), Hashgocho Protis (Divine Providnce) or the bounty and benevolence of Nature; and those most relevant to our generation and the problems we face, such as the secular society that we live in and its influence, Chinuch Bonim (Childrens Education), Golus (Exile) and the days of Moshiach.
